I don`t want to invest in all the special tools for my own garage. If I had a local indy he`d get my money. And I`d spead his name like an evangelist.

I get a vibration in the front end if my primary chain is loose. I have no idea why but at least I know when it's time to adjust.

I was happy with the GP front mount on my '06, it just moved the at idle "A" engine vibration into a different plane / direction.
At speeds it was smooth as glass.

Ah, chasing vibrations can be so much fun.
The 'b' had a few odd ones after the fresh engine was installed. Decided to re-hang the exhaust. Did right side first. Loosened everything from nose to tail and tweaked it according to the book, which is easy with true duals. Actually got rid of most of the floorboard buzziness on the right side, left didn't change. I think that I somehow found perfect right side exhaust flux. Either that or my right foot became perpetually numb. Got lazy, didn't get to the left before the 'b' went down. Prior to that, tho, I'd noticed that the left rear muffler isolator flopped around quite a bit in the hanger area. The isolator didn't fit quite right as the hanger was assembled too large. That hanger is now destroyed. So, try new rubber bumpers for the mufflers. That or tweak the exhaust. That new motor mount may have changed the angle of the engine in the frame just enough that the exhaust may now be binding just a smidge. Or maybe the isolator pads on your floorboard inserts are shot. Replace the inserts if the rubber isolation balls are dry-rotted and/or cracked. Heat, weather, and age deteriorates the rubber enuff for it to become non-vibrato-negato.

Yeah, I think I'm on my third set of muffler hanger rubbers. They dry out and shrink, then they make noise when you hit bumps.

I've got an indy that I use on the North side (outside the loop, but inside Bw8). Getting on his schedule is the only hard part.

I always put silicon grease on my rear hanger blocks. Lots of slipping and sliding, no squeaky.

If the other recommendations don't work, check the comp nut, too. Those tend to come loose and will create a vibration as well. Loose parts tend to vibrate.
Metal bits stuck to the primary drain plug are a real good indicator of stuff going wrong. Nut works loose, stator rotor flops around, causing the rotor splines to become less spliney........ I'm sure I'll think of more junk to check. Been there, done that....... Oh, and YRMV.
