Engine guard bars at the bottom of the frame. Tighten them, with thread locker.

one of the very first things I did was to remove that ..... put a nice cap on the stubb..... some peeps that like them put an extender on it to have more room on the floor board ..... me, I don't use it so I removed it ... prob woulda fell off anyways

I had my dealer installed passenger floorboard fall off on its maiden voyage home from said dealership.... Apparently it ended up being a salesmen install fail!
Added a longer rear shifter on the 03. (used for neutral only). Shortened the peg/pad to keep it out of the way on the Road Glide.
