8-Ball, no relay, all in a TSM, Turn Signal Module. ( I added the definition just for 8-Ball)
Sounds like a bad ground. Not the open kind, the short kind. The TSM senses current. Sounds like you have a short somewhere that continues to turn them back on once they are on. Check the harness to the TSM. I believe it is under the tanks, if that thing has flat side fat Bobs on it. Also check the wire from the speedo sensor, if it is not connected, The TSM never gets speed and distance to turn them off.

Checking that ....
the speedo was not working
installed a new sensor .... waiting to test ..... have other issues to deal with .... see RUT ROO post with broken rocker box bolt ...... oh well .. .no big deal ... nothing has fallen into the cavity, yet .......... whew
