I think the E3 is a factory tire for the goldwing (so I've heard can't say for sure) If it is, they probably don't like it for the same reason we dont like the 402.... If its stock there's just gotta be something better out there

I've had no issues it in the wet with my E3's either.

My question was really regarding how careful do I need to be with spoked rims, when getting a tire changed?

As long as you trust the Indy, what's the issue? I've used both.
