Adjustable reach grips
Saw these. Don't know about the company at all. Seems they may not be on the market yet but American Rider says they are.

That's funny, I just asked Ed the other day if we could adjust those. It is quite the stretch for my hand. I hope they aren't crazy expensive, cuz I want some.

Those are adjustable levers not grips. Very common on sport bikes.
