Putting them in or taking them out?
If it was putting them in, you way over TQ them, The discs act like lock washers and provide tension to keep the screws from backing out.
Did you use Anti seize on them?? You are suppose to.
Did they snap off at the thread or on the shaft?
If on the shaft, just take the other out, take the discs off and get out your favorite pair of vise grips.
If at the thread, well 4 screws should work unless the one that broke were right next to each other.

You and Rick should never tighten anything without a TQ wrench on it. Don't know you own strength. And you have that nice set of TQ wrenches too. Say, it you are not going to use them, can I have them.

It that just don't suck. It's sounds like they did not put anti seize on them. I have the similar setup on my E series pipe and I have never has a problem getting them back out even after a couple of years as long as I put plenty of anti seize on them before I put them back in.
If this is a new pipe, I would be talking to SuperTrapp about it.

upon trying to drill out I discovered that the screw inserts are made out of what I believe is lead ?!?!? too soft for aluminum.. the drill bit kept sliding off the tiny ass screw into the lead.... any who... I couldnt drill them out so I punched the twisted screws in and out, then retapped with a 1/4 inch tap and bought new screws. Its good to go.

Glad to hear that you got it worked out Lee! They shouldn't put such soft screw inserts in those from the factory.
