60wt
Since I will be doing an oil change on my Dyna before the trip, my question is can I run straight shovel 60 wt oil in it and do an oil change when I get home. I will have traveled approx 2000 miles +? My thinking is that the 60 wt will hold up in the hotter temps!

I run 60wt Amsoil Synthetic Racing in mine every summer...seems to keep her cool, quiet and happy!

And/or redline has a 20/60 if you want.

I would think straight 60w would be hard on the engine at startup.
