Need to know what/who to plan for.
So with that in mind, I'd like to get a better idea of how many we'll be feeding as well as how many will be staying over. We already have both spare bedrooms spoken for and possibly both air beds (?). Need to know if I need to start looking for reasonably priced hotel space close by.
Here is what I have as a count as of now Comitted: Dave and Angela - arriving Friday and staying two nights Russ and Dana - arriving Friday and staying two nights Likely: Pepi - arriving(?) and staying(?) Cam and Yoshi - arriving(?) and staying (in DE?) Frank and Kim - arriving(?) and staying(?) Tentative: Mike and Patti - arriving(?) and staying(?) Walter - arriving(?) and staying (?) Steve - arriving(?) and staying(?) Wayne and Chrisi - arriving(?) and staying(?) For those I've listed, please confirm your plans ASAP. For those who are planning on attending but have yet to post up your intentions, please do so ASAP. The BH and I would like to make sure we are ready for all those that wish to attend and we are hoping there are more than listed above. Would like to make this a well attended event to honor and remember those who can't be here to ride with us.
