that depends on the precise positioning of the jumper cables.

there's a reason they're called *jumper* cables

I've got three words for you, Bernoulli. The top of a wing is curved much more than the bottom side of the wing so the surface length is longer on the top. So when the wing is speeding forward the air molecules get stretched apart due to length of the curve of the upper wings surface, thus creating a vacuum and nature does not like a vacuum. So the plane is lifted, sucked of the ground by the top of the wing. Thrust equals speed and the spreading of the air molecules. The curve of the top of a wing is called it's camber. The slower the plane is the more camber it requires to take off. It's all about moving the plane forward, you must have speed of air over the top of the wings and horizontal stabilizer. Conveyor belt = fail.

But...but some aircraft have symmetrical airfoils.

Then they require slats and or flaps for take off. One must lengthen the camber for lift. Once in flight, the pilot has to control it from there.

Propellers have camber as well. The forward facing surface has much more camber. So when you stand behind a propeller plane at power you fell the thrust, but the prop bends forward due to it's cambers lift. So you are getting sucked and blown at the same time.

Marconi invented the radio. Who is more important to flight, Bernoulli or Marconi? One must have lift to fly and one has to communicate with other airmen and the ATC.

You must have lift.

With a symmetrical airfoil, lift is generated through a positive angle of attack. A positive angle of attack results in a pressure differential over and under the wing.

It's actually quite possibly, safe and legal to fly with out talking on or even possessing a radio. Bernoulli on the other hand is quite indispensable.
