Looks fast. But I don't have a reason to go that fast. And I don't like to crotch rocket styles. I just like cruisin and enjoying the ride and the scenery, and the company of other doofs - well, and gZInts too i guess.

That's a huge plus, and it really must be blistering fast.

That is a nice, balanced, response.

I consider the Sportster the first of the bad boys. After that came Mr Max. The V-MAX was so influential that it remained unchallenged for someting like 18 years. Hell, it doesn't take a genius to look at a VMAX and a VROD side by side and note the styling similarities.

I wont be buying one, but I am glad to see that Cushman is back in the fray. This will only spurn HD on as they are a company that will just sit on their asses and add conchos to bikes if that is all it takes. Their customers are aging rapidly and they need to some up with something younger guys are gonna wanna ride if they are to stay alive. That and the death of the air-cooled engine in '10.

That ain't no crotch rocket. That's one of the original power cruisers..came
out not too long after h*onda's Magna.. at the time the fastest production
bike ever made. Lots of fans of power cruisers will want this bike..just
for the mystique..you know..like owning a Harley. Not everyone will
drag race with it. But if you wanted to...sheeeet. Major adrenaline.

i guy i know has an older one that's built a bit and the damn thing sounds like an indy car. That said....i think Cushman needs to hang another cooling device to the front of that thing. Maybe a combined air intercooler/radiator/oil cooler/a-c condensor....
I guess the function before form adage applies here. No doubt they're fast 'tho.

Funny you should mention the Indy car. The first Max I ever saw was a buddy of mines. It was also the first Nitrous bike I ever saw. When he came down the street the first thing I thought was that someone had a Nascar car out running around. A truly formidible machine. However, also probably the ugliest seat ever put on a bike.

I'd put this in my stable

http://www.no-limit-custom.com/html_en/vmax.htm

Personally love to have one, but like Gazoo says ugliest seat ever imagined. There's a huge following that customizes these bikes they've really done some cool improvements on styling and function (especially the rear suspension) there's good aftermarket availability for these bikes...

not too keen on the stying of the latest model, but I'd take an older one and chop it....
