Rat with wing sauce

First using a propane torch you singe all the hair off of your rats. Notice the very healthy rats we acquired for this meal. They were trapped at the local landfill last night, so they are very fresh.

Next carefully wash off any leftover hair and debris

Cut up each rat into bite sized pieces

Next place all your rat meat into a bowl with some pepper's, seaweed and some soy sauce. Cover with saran wrap and allow to marinate overnight in fridge

On the following day place your rats into your deep fryer until lightly browned. Then remove them from the cooker and place them in a bowl. Apply any wing sauce of your choosing and stir thoroughly. Serve with blue cheese and celery.

ENJOY!

Within my ethnic culture we eat rat quite often. I find some of these remarks very rude when I was only trying to share one of my favorite recipes.

Most American's won't eat the local foods when they go over to Asia. I eat whatever they are eating. If it isn't killing them, isn't going to kill me either.

Eaten some pretty interesting stuff.
