Yeah, that black and white is sharp. Do a little contrast stripe between the two colors and it'd really pop.

Yup, horn button straight across from grip. Perfect.

You can order some solid colors also. Look on page one of brochure.

Yeah, more than likely it'd be easier to get a black, white, or black and white off the showroom floor.

Dealer's gotta sit on the bikes a predetermined length of time (30 or 60 days, not sure which) before he can offer them to the public. But it appears that more than a few are available for public consumption now.

Front wig-wags will go, but those will get replaced with, more than likely, the LED passing lights. Rears will go, too. That's all that's gotta come off to 'civilianize' 'em.

I'm telling ya, we are on to something here.

You and I can't walk in off the street and order a cop bike.

Dealers rarely order just one cop bike. They order multiples, like one would do for fleet sales, with the hope of selling or leasing 'em to a local PD.

Sometimes those bikes go, but sometimes they don't, as deals fall apart or some municipality takes fewer than ordered. The dealer has to keep the unsold bikes for 30 days, according to the interwebs. After 30 days, he can offer 'em up to the public.

Also, not all dealers sell or lease cop bikes. Up here, Woodstock, Chi-Town, and Suburban handle 'em for sure. I've seen Wis. State Police EGs at Uke's, but those were only in for service.

Chi-Town has three or four brand new '13s and one new '12 EG Police (all black) for sale right now. Sometimes they sell used IL State Police bikes, too. Those are dark brown/cream two tones. Chi-Town seems to move the most cop bikes in the Chicagoland area.

Woodstock will have a handful of cop bikes for sale from time to time. But those are usually used from local PDs, like Elgin.

I got my bike from Suburban.

Most every town runs black or white or black and white, so those are the easiest to find. However, if one was hot for a specific color or color combo, other than those mentioned above, he'd have to find a dealer in which the local municipalities run that setup and see if any new ones come up for sale.

And a quick search of the interwebs shows plenty of '14s for sale, too. They're spread out across the land and most are black, although Barnett in El Paso has a black and white one, like the one in the video, for sale now.
