California logic
First they announce they will ban fossil fuel powered vehicles in a few years.
Now they are saying they don't have a good enough power grid to allow folks to charge their electric cars.  Back to LPC's ? [ Leather Personnel Carriers ]

Don't you know that solar panels produce more electricity after 9 PM to better charge your EV from?
The green energy types in the PRK keep talking about some kind of battery bank energy storage (warehouse?) thingy, to draw on after the sun goes down and the wind stops blowing. But I think they dream of that when they are in their deep green edible fantasy land.
