Heritage Harley Davidson
Another shout out for my local dealer's service department.
These guys never stop impressing me. Called this morning to see about getting my bulky trip reset button fixed. They said bring it over. In and out in less than an hour. They also took care of my shift shaft issue after ES this summer. Good guys to do business with.

It's a shame more of them don't understand 'customer service' and how it leads to 'customer loyalty'.
