I have a hard time letting anyone else do it. If it's jacked up when they finish, I end up redoing it. Best to just do it myself.
We painted the hallway and dining room today and then yanked up the carpets. The carpet layers must have gotten paid for each staple they used because they went overboard! Next up is the kitchen with painting, tile backsplashes and floors. Then comes the super mega sized sander for all the floors.
