Just bought a new one...

'07...black cherry and silver...all the fixin's. Now it's time to think about the "stuff". Road bars...thinking about the "moustache" bar...any good or bad feelings about them? And the pipes are FACTORY QUIET...WIERD. Anyway...most likely go back to Screamin' Eagles...they are slip on that will change out quick with factory pipes. I guess it's time to order the "43", but I was kinda leaning to the "Live to ride"...who knows..got time. Anyway..it sure is a sweet ride. I am enjoying the fuel injection and the easy feel in the shift..sweet. Hmmm...I also like those 96 cubic inches..oh yeah. I will post that pic soon. Bless the turf.

Now it sounds pretty darn good.

If you go SE slip-ons, be sure and avoid the 07 models. I am sure someone can chime up here, but I heard from my Harley salesman that the new SE slip-ons basically change the sound little to none. They do help performance, but they sound stock. There is one certain cut that maintain the sound he thought, but could not remember which ones.

I ended up getting some Basani's. I love the deep tone. Not too loud.

By the way, which bike did you get???

Maybe, just maybe, if he takes some of Gray's vitamins, he'll remember to tell us.
