Progressive Bike Insurance.
Just for shits and giggles I filled out an online quote, and low and behold they have a new customer. Seems Allstate has been screwing me on bike insurance all these years, I saved 800 a year switching to progressive and got much better coverage. Strange thing is, Progressive quoted me twice as much as Allstate for the cars, go figure.

Mine is through USAA underwritten to progressive. Never had issues and they took very good care of me after my spill.

What is it about these insurance companies jacking up their rates?
If Lady Godiva hadn't mentioned her policy fiasco, I probably would have just paid the money and not even looked at the nonsense put on by Foremost. I was shocked how much money I saved! I think they try to stick it to you once you are a regular customer...

Update:
Spoke with Foremost today. They raised my premium 100 dollars due to "credit" issues. I don't have any credit issues. I pay one lump sum check for my insurance policy, have a perfect driving record. Everybody check their bills. There are some shenanigans going on here. I filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Insurance Commission. Let's see what happens.

I paid off ALL of my debt, closed a few credit card accounts, sold a truck and paid off the loan. My credit score dropped. FU&% the credit bureaus, screwed if you do, screwed if you dont.

Progressive here so far so good. I will NEVER just trust an insurance to take care of me again,I shop it every time the policy comes up to renew.

I've had progressive on the cars for years and the bike since I've had it.
No complaints. They've takengood care of us when we've needed them, but I should shop again for the cars.

Got Progressive on the bike specifically for their rental coverage; as it turns out, they are better in many other ways as well. Junction 2011 I had to use their towing coverage and was damn glad I had it. If I had had to rely on HOG's towing I would have been far worse off for numerous reasons.

I have had Foremost for years. At the time I got it they were the best deal, way below Allstate/StateFarm. I guess I will check with Progressive. When I first started with bikes in Indiana I went with Dairyland. Then got Dairyland in Texas, but they are not licensed in NC. I don't know why. You all should check Dairyland if it is in your area. The only use I have needed from Foremost is the towing and so far they haven't cut me off for that. I too was surprised to see on my bill that a credit rating is used in the calculations. I called and asked about it since my credit is 760 and I have never had an accident claim. They said that's just the way it is. I'll call Progressive tomorrow just out of curiosity.
