Finally, I figured out how to buy from Tri-County HD without calling them.

Click the HD Accessories link under Online Store
Year and Model information and click go
Find your part. Tri-County parts prices are shown, not HD's.
Click the "Buy this product online from our dealership at
harley-davidson.com" link. Some times this option is not available and you must call them.
After you click that link, you are taken to a place where you can put your part in a cart. I think you can take it from there.

We just bought Ruth's new seat and luggage rack that way. I even got a shipping notice. It worked like a charm.

They have my name already, and I've talked to Jenni enough time she knows who I am. But if I recall, there is a comment's box you could mention it in.

Ok, I looked and the box is for a gift message. However, when begin the check out process. there is an email link to Jennie, you can simply email her and let her know who the purchase was from.
