I'm hiding here in the corning on the stationary bike. The fat guy.

I'm doing the Six Week Body Makeover (again) and hitting the bike for 10 miles a day for about a week. I'm down six pounds. I'm hoping to get to fighting weight then start lifting again.

What are you up to Merc?

I'm still here in spirit!!!

I'm watching P90X videos and longing for the time when I can start. Still got a while to go yet though. This is killing me just as much as all the beautiful weather and not being able to ride the bike. I'm trying to be patient though. Lawd, all this food that's being delivered and absolutely no exercise. I'm gonna have my work cut out for me when the time finally comes!

I've had a couple good workouts at home and running some intervals on the treadmill. Just nothing on a regular basis yet.
