Not even a hands up or any thing till after the shot. Total BS! "It looked like he was turning to the right to shoot the guy "officer" coming from the left side".
That would be some feat. Hope he doesn't stop anybody in a car, can't even see where their hands are then.

Today, another officer who was there the night of the incident took the stand. Officer Christoper Sargent testified his partner Officer White claimed the motorcyclists were messing with him and he wanted to stop them. Sargent said he didn't see the shooting. He testified he had three conversations with Officer White at the scene about what happened. The officer also expressed concern to special investigators about what happened. The shooting victim, Michael McCloskey Jr. took the stand and was testifying during the noon hour.

Apparently the shooter was an ex-dispatcher turned Auxillary officer. The victim is paralized from the waist down and will lose his right leg due to exhaust pipe burns....the f***head cop never picked the scooter up off him....frying his leg muscles. Sh*t like this really pisses me off.
