So I guess ACC is going out of business? I wonder how many happy customers will actually send them back. They do have DOT stamped on them, right?

Their website still shows helmets, though you won't find the word "motorcycle" anywhere.

I think I'm gonna send mine back. I'm looking at replacing it with these two; a Vega XTS Naked in CF (for the 'Train), and a Nexx X60 Air (for the Limited).

I hope so I know I paid 2 and change for it and never liked it, as it always blew half off my head. I call them to complain and they told me how to adjust the straps but they come lose every 10 min. and it drives me crazy. I haven't wore it in over a year and would love to get a refund!

Give 'em a call, the worst they can do is say "no", but from the looks of that announcement, I doubt they will.
