All kidding aside..Call the dealer and tell them you want a belt form a Screamin eagle of the same year. Those belts have been really solid for me. Supporting a few 120-125tq builds i got running around with ease.

I've been doing some digging and it looks like the 40024-04 would be the proper stock belt, ('04~'06 RK) and probably what I'll do. The CVO belt of the same era (used on CVO Ultras fer cryin out loud) is a 40040-05. Haven't spoken with anyone that has it on-hand, but I've heard that the only difference is that the CVO belt has the S/E logo while stocker is blank. Can't prove there's no other diff, just what I've heard so far. Jenny is out of the stock and I didn't have the other number when I called, will have to do that in the morn.

Trimming the stock belt is very easy. Despite the trouble level of the swap, I'm actually toying with the idea of the swap just to see if I can shred it.

Launches at 3000 rpm for the 1/4 mile shouldn't take the belt out, done too many to count at the track. And that's with one with a small hole in it from a stone.
