You won't find pricing online. This is a water heater only your plumber will be able to get. You certainly won't find it at the home centers. It depends on his wholesale sources. Not every wholesaler carries them. But, he should be able to find one. Let your plumber make a few bucks on it. This will ensure his loyalty to you. Not like you will save much by trying to buy it yourself and having him install it.
A Premier 10 yr 40 gallon will likely run 11-1200.

My first home built in the late 40's for returned service men had one in the kitchen and bathroom, electric, they've been around for atleast 50 years.

Talked with our plumber...gonna end up with a Rheem Fury short 40 gallon...going with the short version to help tweak the venting pitch...seems as though there wasn't quite enough pitch in the vent.
They checked on the State, and they can't get them up here for some reason. Talked to a few others, and nobody carries them up here.
