Interesting day at the office.
I don't think I've mentioned that we got a new plane last month. Learjet 75. It's been a lot of fun with all the new whistles and bells. Plus an extra 350 lbs. of thrust per engine makes for a nice kick in the pants plus getting to a higher altitude faster burns less fuel.
On Monday I did something I haven't had a chance to do in over 30 years. We had a leg with no passengers so took her up to 51,000 feet. The last time was literally my very first flight in a jet way back in the 80's.    Something else pretty cool just happened to show up in the pics. That little white spot is something few people have ever seen. We actually didn't notice it in flight but had seen one once before.   It's a google balloon. Google it. Due to the extra thrust does this aircraft have smaller wing area?

Love the view, especially the Google balloon. Lots a numbers on that display, especially the 51,000. One important one missing though: SOG
