I love eating in New Mexico. They use green and red chilies on a lot of their foods.

Especially like the hatch green chilies.

They do spell CHILI different in new mexico however,those fresh roasted are great and you can only get them there.but the beans? There is only one bean for CHILI (and only on the side) pinto's.
If you know beans about CHILI you know CHILI has no beans !!!!
