I am interviewing a couple guys next Thursday, but I will have to get one of them to take the job and train them before I can come back to God's country and 3 day weekends. Probably 3-4 weeks.

Money is nice, but time with you guys is priceless.

We all agree and know in our hearts that is true but we sometime get caught up in the day to day crap and lose sight of the important things>
