In your experience, what increase in HP and torque on an '07 103 with Stage One and a D&D FatCat? Just ballpark.

This is not apples to apples, but what I have.

'05, 103, S&S crank, Baisley Super Stock heads, Woods TW6HG, Roller rockers, HPI 51mm throttle body, SERT, Rinehart TDs tuned by Dave. 111 hp, 117 tq at 3500 rpm.

torque curve:
2500 rpm 88 tq
2750 rpm 100 tq
3000 rpm 107 tq
3500 rpm 117 tq
torque stays above 110 out to 5500 rpm.



P.S. you might need some clutch work too.

Cams and heads are a marriage either made in heaven or hell.
IMHO, it'd be casting pearls before swine to put those heads on a bike w/ 26s in it.

I do prefer my swine well festooned...






And a cam swap is very doable.
The current setup would have me choosing among those Andrews grinds available in the "N" configuration. I was pining for the 37s almost immediately after the 26 install.

The head guy usually does the heads for your exact cam. Comp ratio, etc.

When Latus did my stage II 103 with D&D Fatcat and Zippers filter upgrade and pro super tuner on my Street Glide, we discussed having Baisley do the heads and throttle body at the same time. The expected result was an additional six hp and six tq for about $1000 (winter special pricing on the heads and a little extra to do the throttle body). At the time didn't seem to cost out but may revisit that later.

Might have to pursue winter pricing on doing the heads for the SE 120R for my 06 Street Bob though.
