Next time it does it crack the right gas cap open. If it stops the cap vent is restricted. Causes a vacuum in the tank at high speed runs. If that does not fix it and the sea foam does not work. Time to clean the carb jets.

I have a feeling that this is the issue. Did some reading and found out that it happens from overfilling your tank. I'm guilty of this. Will test it later this week once it warms back up.
