To be honest, I can't tell they're there. I thought I had some vibration at high speed, but then I realized it was helmet buffeting, just my mind trying to find something wrong. I'm going to ride in Kentucky today, sansa-helmet, I'll have a better idea. Stay tuned.

After my tire change the Friday before Vukfest, I started getting a "pogoing" at about 40mph in the front end. I pulled the weights and put in Dyna Beads, and finally had a chance to ride with them today, 'bout 190 miles. The motion is still in the front wheel, but not nearly as bad, the rear feels great. I went with the recommended 1oz. in the front and 2oz. in the rear, and I'm thinking that with a 21"x3-1/2" front wheel it'll work better with 2oz. in it.
But overall, not a bad product.

I read a funny story about this subject in Maxim magazine while I was deployed a few years back. The story ended with "I didn't know what to do. She told me to just pull them out, so I grabbed the ring and pulled like I was starting my chainsaw. There was a loud 'pop', some poop flew, and that was the end of my foray into butt beads"

The bearing service is due, but the wobble appeared with the tire change.

2oz. seems to be the trick. Much smoother at all speeds, and no pogoing at 40.
Thumbs up on the beads.
