Actually, we're still working on our plans for Indy this weekend. We leave day after tomorrow!

I put all problems/upcoming events/things to do in boxes. Only one box is opened at a time and no box shall be opened before it's time. Having said that, sometimes I have more than one box open at a time, but if I open too many I get to feeling overwhelmed so sometimes I have to close a box and revisit it some future date. I'm sure my method is as clear as mud rayht now but it works for me.

I just kinda head in the general direction, more or less, sorta kinda and hope there may be a room wherever I end up for the night.

But it I thought we should maybe decide what day of the week we should expect to shoot for...

I think we should shoot for leaving Saturday morning and meeting up somewhere in Roswell, NM that evening. It's roughly 520 miles from Dallas and San Antonio and leaves about a 450 mile day on Sunday to reach Cortez.

I planned our Indy trip. Dan is planning this one for us. We talked a little about it while in Indy and on the way back home.

By the way, we rode straight through from Indianapolis to Dallas/Ft Worth. Just uner 15 hours. Rarely went more than 8-over the limit. Almost 900 miles. Neither of us saw any rain.

It was lonely for the last 45 miles home without Dan by my side. Up til then, I always knew that we were watching out for each other and more visible to cars.

We split up in McKinney, he went west and I went south and then east.
