Cheap Handlebars
Hot Metal Harley has a shopping cart full of various handlebars for $25 each. I finally got a set of flat bars that I like to replace my buckhorns. They did have a fair number of buckhorns in there, but also softtail, sportster/dyna and touring bars.

The biggest rise I saw was about 8", and I think those were just stock touring bars.
