Mr King and Mrs King, I'm sure your event will be awsome. Toots and I only provided the venue and a few extras. It's the good folks who attend the party that makes the party. You's guys are wonderful hosts.

Ruth said she'll make some brownies for Friday night and a crock pot of beans for the after party. We can bring chips, too. We stepping on any other plans?

Mar will prolly make her Jello stuff, which was quite popular at Cheesapalooza.

OK everyone,

The QUEEN will be makin roast beef.
She nabbed some 17# or so yesterday at the store.
The hall is pretty much set.
The menu looks like its coming together.
You are all "encouraged" to bring a food item if you desire.



MY Question would be , whether or not we feel we NEED the shuttle from the hotel, to take ya back n forth to the legion hall ???
Sounded to me like most folks would be drivin themselves and I also have volunteers that said they had no problem driving people back to and from the hotel.
PLEASE let me know your thoughts on this so I can tell the hotel our desires.

the Hotel offers an EXTENDED Continental Breakfast.
From the sound of it, it sounded like it would be pretty good. so for those of you staying at the Hotel, you'll have this option available to you.
ALSO just to the left of the entrance of the hotel, is a strip mall with a great lil place to eat and cutesy waitresses.

WE have the Hall from 6-10pm.
WE have to be Cleaned up by 10 pm, BUT, the legion will stay open for as long as we wish to stay and continue having a good time.
There is a Silver Strike Bowling game and a Juke Box.
We are workin on finding out if there is a tv & dvd Player available for you dOOf types who wish to watch your Goat videos. :-)
