Dear Boop, I have a friend that's an..
..Air Traffic Controller. Recently, he divulged to me that he's had a secret desire to be a lounge singer...you know, Sinatra, Tony Bennett, show tunes and stuff.
He believes that he has a built-in audience with the pilots and plans to start singing their instructions to them at work. Is he in danger of committing a Federal offense?
