What is the coolest thing you've done to your bike?
We might want to split this into two categories:

1. Coolest blingy thing.

2. Best performance enhancement.

Just interested in what you are most pleased with when departing from stock.

On my Dyna .... raked her out to 41 degrees and 8 " over tubes w/ 16 " apes

on my Geezer... a kick ass 600 watt stereo system

on edit

for performance nothing besides stage one on both, I figure they are both fast enough for me

Bling...I finally washed the whitewalls last week. I have to wear sunglasses now when I ride it.

I finally waxed it.

Man...now when I ride around nobody thinks I live on a dirt road.

I swear it's faster now.
