My First Bike. Dont Laugh. FOUND pix.
So this was my first bike.
Her name was Cassandra. (One who Baffles Men) All I wanted was to give her a paintjob. What I ended up with, was a complete Ground up rebuild & a 1st place Trophy in the FX Shovelhead Class at the R&B Promotions Bike show at McCormick place Downtown Chicago, and a 2nd place the following year. Rebuilt: Motor, trans, New cables, Wiring Harness etc. , all new Bolts and Screws thruout (those were easy to get, I know a guy <wink>) The first Pic is Kind of what it looked like when I got it. Except there was some Weird ass pastel Triangle /Moon thing on the tank and frame. (Bought it from Dave the Biker.....thats a whole nother story) So we rattle canned the tins for the summer. The next pic was the dismantling of the ole girl. The last pic is the finished product. Enjoy
