The wrist surgery in Dec kept me form doing all of the moves/positions, but I was still sweating.

You'll get there. The first week kicks your ass pretty good. I can now get through a complete warm-up without stopping for water...or air. It sounds sissy, but its really pretty dificult.

I heard that month two sucks you in for a suckfest in the first week and then you get used to that too. It might be a bit twisted, but I am starting to look forward to the pain!

It actually goes fairly fast, not like an hour on an elliptical or super-setting through a weight workout. It's challenging, but not boring. Beats wind-sprints carrying a 30lb ruck too.

It does go by fairly quickly. I don't like starting, but I like it while I'm in it and I like being finished. Stick with it TC.

That is my biggest problem. I'm the opposite, I hate anything to do with cardio and enjoy lifting weights. I always do pretty well during the winter then come spring I start struggling especially when its time to ride, there is just other things I'd rather be doing not to mention its tough keeping any schedule when you work a 12 hour swing shift.
