The wrist surgery in Dec kept me form doing all of the moves/positions, but I was still sweating.

If I can do the whole thing in 90 days, I'll be happy.

You'll get there. The first week kicks your ass pretty good. I can now get through a complete warm-up without stopping for water...or air. It sounds sissy, but its really pretty dificult.

I heard that month two sucks you in for a suckfest in the first week and then you get used to that too. It might be a bit twisted, but I am starting to look forward to the pain!

It actually goes fairly fast, not like an hour on an elliptical or super-setting through a weight workout. It's challenging, but not boring. Beats wind-sprints carrying a 30lb ruck too.

You don't have to use heavy weights with P90X. In fact, you wouldn't want to. You can even just use resistance bands.

The great thing about P90X is you don't get bored. The whole idea is muscle confusion, so you're doing something different every day.

That is my biggest problem. I'm the opposite, I hate anything to do with cardio and enjoy lifting weights. I always do pretty well during the winter then come spring I start struggling especially when its time to ride, there is just other things I'd rather be doing not to mention its tough keeping any schedule when you work a 12 hour swing shift.

Actually, I felt pretty good today. As long as I keep moving, I'm OK. I stiffen up as soon as I sit for a while.
