237 Miles Round Trip Today
To have lunch with Harlet and he didn't make it.
We made do with a stop at Independence HD so Noodles could get his book stamped and then went on out to Yankees Tavern for a cheeseburger and such. When we left, we got directions for Noodles to get over to Hwy. 21 to head for the south side of Austin from the salesman. Against my better judgement, we followed them. The actual intersection that Noodles needed was about ten miles further west. I really hope he enjoyed the Doof Loop that must have precipitated. I was a little irritated myself. All in all we had a great ride. I'm looking forward to Friday.

And Yankees Tavern has decided to remain neutral and fly the Swiss Standard Symbol so as not to offend Doofs or Zints.

I never did get the story behind it. Heather didn't know. To her it was just another decoration.
