I think we pay something like $18/month, but we have streaming & can 'rent out' 2 DVDs per month. Turn around time is ~3 days.
They only have seasons 1 thru 3 on streaming, probably won't get season 4 until later this year & a while longer for streaming.

Streaming is where you can watch movies online? That's probably all I'd use. We don't have a TV.
