Just got back...

From my friend Tom's wife Dale's memorial. Rough doesn't begin to describe it. While sitting there I kept looking over at Darla...and just couldn't fathom the thought of a life without her...especially under circumstances such as these. It makes you think of how fast everything can be taken from us...and as in Tom's case, never having that chance to say goodbye or just how much you depend on and love that person.

It's times like these that I realize just how fortunate I am to have Darla's love and companionship......just as I realize how fortunate I am to be able to call each member of the Doof Clena Motorcycle Collective my friend. I love you all.
Sorry so glum....but...well....just sayin.

Know what you mean Big Al. It really hit me when I lost my brother. Life can leave in an instant, live for the moment my brother.

Al sorry about your loss and your friends loss. You know life is precious, we need to hold on tight to those we care for because we never know how long we have. Take care and ride safe my friend.
