When grilling, I've found that
QUALITY beginnings make for better results.
K ren and I bought a WHOLE NY Strip while shopping today. They had it for $2.99/lb. Of course, the whole strip is around 20lbs.... I had it cut 1 1/4 thick, and got 14 steaks out of it. The grill is warming as I type.   Yup..... that's a U.S. Quarter.
