Smoked Pork Pics
This past weekend I smoked/cooked 44 Boston butts in a fundraiser for the farm.
The event was hosted by the church I served as interim pastor for a year from Sept '11 through Sept '12. They had a professional photographer around for other reasons over the weekend but he got some shots while we were processing the meat and serving the to-go plates. My smoker only holds 18 butts, so I had an additional cooker borrowed for the additional capacity. We chopped all the butts and mixed the meat together, but both batches were very good on their own even though they were cooked differently. Enjoy!
