Plug kit
After reading about Mike and Patti 's adventure on the way home from the River Run, it made me realize I don't have a fix for a tubeless road flat. Can't always count on Samaritans and the Doof network being available.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I bought a Bell brand plug kit and extra cartridges of Co2. On the way to a run last year, my buddy took a screw in his rear tire. My kit came in Handy. When I got home from the Texas trip, I had the same thing happen. I put a plug in it and it's still holding air. They make em pretty good these day. I recommend carrying one at all time cuz ya never know

You can put a plug kit together at any good auto parts store. Plug applicator, rasp, plugs, and glue. You glue up the plug, even though they're gooey, rasp out the hole, and then jamb in the plug. Camel brand is one of the oldest and toughest. The plugs are a synthetic fiber.
Some folks run them, some folks change out the tire at the first opportunity, some folks have the plug removed and install a tube. Personal preference.

The tire was almost flat again in the garage this morning.
I just ordered a new E3..... Piece of mind.  I will be compiling a repair kit however.

+1 Frank. I have a slime air compressor in the left saddle bag, plus plug kit, and tools to do redneck engineering to get off the highway.
