My Granny's recipe
1 pound of elbow macaroni 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup mozzarella, grated 1 cup milk 3 eggs, beaten Salt and pepper 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

I made some from a Rachel Ray recipie that added ground sausage to the mixture and was topped with buttered breadcrumbs. Sweet Gentle Jesus....that is some good stuff.
