Tough day yesterday...
with two trips to the e.r.
 First was to confirm a D.V.T. in my right leg (put me on thinners) and second for a blocked catheter. I can tell you, this 'adventure' I'm on ain't for wusses.

Yep, including stairs. Have had issues before but not deep vein. They said not really that uncommon for such a major surgery.

Dear Heavenly Father,
I am praying that Tom's DVT is managed without any thrombotic complications. I pray that the catheterization will not result in any iatrogenic infections and that the need for anticoagulation will be temporary. In Jesus Christ's Holy Name I pray, Amen!
