Keurig battle, early spring of '18
Well, living at altitude may be part of the issue, by weakening the foil seal when going over 6,000 feet transporting it home.
Yesterday the pod puked up in the pod holder assembly allowing grounds to escape past the top and lower part of the assembly and into the cup. Also it leaves quite a bit of grounds around the pod carrier / lower half of the pod brewing compartment. Since my go around with the lower pin / needle carrier, I have found that the entire lower pod receiver can be wiggled out of the machine. So pulled it out and cleaned the smeg all off, then I noticed there is a "tray" like thingy, under there, that also has a kind of half spout, lifted it out and found it covered with grounds and while rinsing it, felt old coffee slime all over it. Yuck, guess it adds seasoning? So all clean and back together, also did the little rubber needle rinse trick to clear out any possible blockages in the top needle. Technology is a wonderful thing.... .

My pet peeve re: living a mile above sea level: ointment tubes that are packed at sea level and that upon opening here disperse half of their very expensive contents.

same thing in a drugstore when you go to prepare a child's antibiotic suspension. powder just blows out.

I leave my ointment tubes cap up a week or more before opening them.
Including toothpaste, somebody else hasn't listened to me, the ensuing show is a private joy. Powdered stuff, you learn to open carefully. Three pound can of coffee, you carefully burp the foil seal pointing away from body... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk

That works unless the tube contains ointment needed for something like shingles. A week would seem like a year in that case.

Oh...
Can you get refills before the last Rx (?) runs out? Then there's the spin arms around holding tube to try to centrifuge the contents to other end. It either works or I continue to delude myself with fantasies... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk
