Clutch adjustment

I just did a 15k service and adjusted my clutch by the book. This was the first time I've done it and it was certainly easier than I expected. As I have it adjusted the friction zone is near the beginning of travel as opposed to nearer the grip. I have the allen bolt 1/2 turn out from where it touches the clutch pack. If I wanted to have it engage closer to the grip, do I turn the bolt out more or in a little. Just trying to get my head around how the adjustment works. Hope this makes sense. Thanks.

I was a little lazy on the 5k yesterday, I only adjusted the free play, it was way out after all the shifting in es, on the 10k I will change the fluid and adjust it in the basket, it seems ok now.

So how turns out do you guys do? I been doing 3/4. Manual says 1/2 to 1. I split it to 3/4. I hear cops do 1.

1/2 here, but the easy pull ramps don't throw it as far as the stock '05s did.
Easy Pull ramps + SE spring = stock pull w/ good lockup for me...
