Looking for a set of Road King Classic Leather Bags...
Anyone have or know anyone who has a good set of RK Classic leather saddlebags that will fit and '05 RK... Looking for a deal here... kinda prayin' for rain...

Go to eBay and type in "Road King Saddlebags". There are many singles and pairs. A lot of people replace the leather covered with the solid ones for security purposes. I have seen primo pairs go for less than $200.

I have both and use both. My FLHR started life as a Classic with the leather bags. I still run them from time to time. Doesn't take much time to switch them out and change the look of the whole bike.

Try to get someone's take offs that haven't been roasting out in the sun. Some people don't take care of the leather and it ends up looking bad. Hard to tell by eBay pics sometimes. Look for small cracks in the leather if they have decent close up pics.

Might even contact some of the trike conversion places. That's a great way to get new takeoffs, if the reserve isn't set too high, and idiots don't bid it up close to retail.

You could always buy brand new.

Why the left bag is ~$30 cheaper than the right is beyond my imagination...
