I am trying to get 2 miles a day in on the treadmill. I want to add kettleballs too. Have you tried those?

I have tried kettleballs only once or twice. I have a good set of dumbbells at home and I couldn't see anything that I'd use the kettleball for that I couldn't use a dumbbell for the same exercise. And I had a hard time keeping my wrists straight through the whole movement with the kettleball. I think they probably have their place though. They probably come with a good chart of exercises you can use them for. Just be sure to keep your wrists straight to prevent injury.
