I have a friend that watches a home for the summer. Two weekends ago she had a bunch of us up for a weekend...its really close to the beach...in one of the barn/work shops was this...sorry for the quality of the photos...

1937 Indian....the owner had restored it himself...he also had a 60's BMW Touring Bike and Russian Euro with a side...each in a different barn/work shop...
