Stone Lake Leatherworks

http://stonelakeleatherworks.com/bibs.htm

Anybody ever have a chance to see their stuff? Am in the market for a new pair of leather pants, Langlitz a little pricey for me, he's actually cheaper for a custom made garment than a lot of the mass produced guys are for an off the rack, less stitching and poorer quality leather pair.

Not a fan of the bib deal, but I'm going to be out in their neighborhood over Christmas and would like to drive up and see their wares. I like the hardware and design of his bibs (minus the top) and the jackets, too.

Thought maybe I'd see if he was open to the idea of pants instead of bibs if I bought them and a jacket.

i have seen them at a few shows. i kind of like the rustic sytle and heavy quality leathers. and i mean heavy no thin truck stop leather

bibs are nice when the weather turns cool keeps your boys outside of your body.

i wear carhart bibs on occassion and have to say thumbs up. so the bibs are probably good for that.

they can make anything you want too. custom.

this reminds me i have to get my old beat leathers in to the shop. need a new zipper, new snaps on chaps, a few stichs here and there. scrap the bug guts off etc.
